We inform you that the data you supply to www.dnalex.unimi.it (hereafter the website), while completing the "contacts form" (also called mail form) of this site, will be processed in compliance with the dispositions of legislative decree 196/2003 (Personal data protection law) and EU Regulation 2016/679. The contacts form available on the site is intended solely to enable visitors to the site to contact, if they wish, the website by e-mail. The information herein regards the personal data sent by the visitor when completing the form. The data, provided voluntarily by means of the form, will be transformed into an e-mail which may be conserved within the e-mail reception system used by the controller. These data will not be registered on other supports or devices. Other data resulting from your navigation of the site will not be registered and no data will be passed on or communicated to third parties.

Your personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of contacting you by means of the information on your form in order to respond to any requests contained in the message sent to the site by you.

There is no obligation to provide the website with the personal data requested in the contacts form. Provision of data through the contacts form is optional. However, refusal to provide data for the purposes as of art. 1 will make it impossible to contact the website by means of the contact form available on the site.

The controller of the processing determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.
5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You may, at any time, exercise the rights ascribed to you under Section 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679.
